What information should I provide for the landscape design?

A survey plat is the best place for us to start, because it will show the house in precise relation to property lines and any other structures on the property at the time of the survey. You will usually have a copy of this in your mortgage paperwork.

Do you install and service irrigation system?

Yes. We can install and service residential and commercial systems. Please call for more information. Service-call fees do apply.

Why is mowing at the right height and alternating patterns of cut so important?

The right height will cause less damage to the blade of grass so the plant is under less stress. This in turn will allow for better vigor which in itself will help shade, fend off weeds and protect against insect damage.

Can you provide us with a design for our yard?

Yes, one of our talented designers can meet with you to discuss and transform your yard, both creatively and functionally.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

Our company warrants its work to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date the project is completed. This includes hardscaping and most plant material. If problems occur after the warranty period, we will inspect the problem and come to an equitable solution to get the problem resolved to the client’s satisfaction in a timely fashion.

Does someone need to be present when the work is being done?

The owner or a representative of the owner should be present at least at the beginning of the job. This ensures that the job is done to the requirements of the owner.
